Alice combines curiosity and a drive for innovation with diverse experience delivering business transformation in large and complex business environments across industries including telecommunications, retail, IT and public sector. Alice has engaged with business and executive level stakeholders to effect operational improvement and bring new ways of working to functional teams in all stages of maturity.
In her current role as Partner in IBM’s Cognitive Business Transformation business, Alice’s focus is on helping clients understand the potential of new capabilities like Cognitive, Automation and Blockchain and how they are redefining operational models, business performance and changing the nature of work. Combining her experience as a client with a consulting perspective provides a unique view of the value reinvention can deliver. Alice has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. She has served on public boards and is a member of La Trobe University Human Ethics Committee and Chair of RMIT Masters of Procurement Advisory Committee.
